Shoulder repair.

Shoulder Repairs include
 
Removing the grip.
In some cases unwind the bottom of the binding to expose the shoulders.
Open up the crack and fill with High Adhesive Glue.
Clamp tight for 24 hours.
Sand the exposed area.
Bind with High tension twine.
Replace existing grip.
